  • Servings: 10 skewers

  • 10 big bear's garlic leaves
  • Pesto or other spread
  • 10 pieces of tofu or vegetable pieces
  • red radishes

  1. Wash the bear's garlic leaves and dry them with a paper towel.
  2. Spread the pesto (here you find our self-made recipe or another spread on the leaves.
  3. Wrap the tofu or vegetable pieces and roll up the leaves.
  4. Cut the red radishes and pin them on the skewers.

Instead of tofu, you can use vegetable pieces such as little carrot sticks, asparagus, bell pepper, sprouts or also everything together :)
To make the skewers look appealing, you can also pin mushrooms or maize kernels on it.
