Salad Turret to Fall in Love With!

Salad Turret to Fall in Love With!

The beautiful spring weather last weekend called for a delicious fresh salad again.

We usually eat salad almost every day, but we haven't shared it much on our blog yet.
As we are often asked for such recipes, we want to catch up on it today.

Therefore, we do not only have a normal salad for you; but one which is also very pleasing for the eye.

For our variation, we used a small cake ring, in which we layered all the ingredients with an avocado cream in between.

Fresh and delicious - it almost looks too good to be eaten!

If you want to invite guests, you can already prepare the turrets on the plates in advance.
You can of course vary with the ingredients as you wish.

If you have no spiral cutter, you can also just cut the vegetables into small pieces.

To keep the turret from falling apart, you need a cream between the layers.
Here you can either use our avocado cream or how about our herb cream cheese made of cashew nuts.

We wish you a lot of fun and we are happy if you share your creation with us.

A healthy week for you and enjoy!
