Energy Balls - On the Go

Energy Balls - On the Go

Today we have a super quick recipe for you - perfect when you need a little something to tide you over.

I really adore this delicious treat.

Every week on our shopping tour to the health food store, we ended up to buy some of these delicious energy balls.
Unfortunately, they changed the range of products and don't offer them anymore.

Anyway, this resulted in experiments to make them on my own.

Of course, this also has advantages, because now I can decide what ingredients I really want to have in it.
And on the other hand - self-made is also less expensive.
They are raw, do not have to be baked and are the perfect snack on the go.

The dried fruits provide you with energy and are way better than cereal bars which mostly contain a lot of sugar.
You can also freeze the energy balls and you always have a little snack at hand.

Have a nice weekend and fun experimenting!

What is your favorite snack on the go? We would be happy if you share it in the comments!
