Happiness is everywhere, you just have to know how to capture it.
Are you waiting for happiness or are you going ahead to walk the path which leads you there?
I think, I'm a lucky girl.
That is why I want to share some of my principles with you.
Here is my Monday motivation manual for more happiness in life.
1. Laugh more!
An old Buddhist proverb says, "Luck comes to those who laugh!"
If you are always grumpy, it is most unlikely that you will land on the side of happiness.
As children, we laughed about any nonsense.
The older we get, the less we laugh.
I hope you kept your sense of humor.
Push negative and hateful thoughts aside!
Start each morning with a smile!
2. Don't waste your life energy for unimportant things!
Who constantly whines, wastes most of his precious life energy.
Rejoice and live again!
Rejoice in the finer things in life!
Look forward and don't wallow in self-pity, fear or doubt!
Don't upset yourself about senseless things!
Save your energy for the important things in life!
3. Find the child in you!
Try to look through the eyes of a child again!
Be enthusiastic about things which inspire you!
Dance in the rain, watch animals, do something crazy!
Be free in your mind and learn to enjoy the simple things in life again!
4. Dream and start acting!
Don't let anyone destroy your dreams!
People who walk you out of your dreams are mostly jealous, because they don't have dreams themselves anymore.
If you have a dream and want to achieve something strongly enough, go for it!
5.Take responsibility for your health!
No doctor and no medical practitioner can take off the responsibility for your own body.
They can give you advice, support your healing or fill you up with medicine.
At the end, YOU alone are the one who rolls the ball.
Only your own body is able to heal itself.
Be good to it and give it the necessary respect!
Get active, eat healthy, avoid too much stress and give yourself time, love and peace.
6. Make people happy!
If you are willing to share happiness with others, it also comes back to you.
That means, if you want to be lucky in your life, make someone else happy first.
Occasional selflessness can bring so much joy for both - the receiver as well as for you as a giver.
Go out and ask yourself what you can do good for someone today!
Treat everyone with love and compassion!
Make it your daily target to make someone happy and if it is just with a smile!
7. Get out into nature!
In nature, our soul finds relaxation and peace.
Connect yourself with the nature!
Smell the flowers!
Hear the birds singing!
Harvest your own seeds!
8. Try to make the world a better place!
Don't tell me, you cannot change anything as an individual.
Unfortunately, I hear this phrase way too often.
Any major change started with small steps.
Everyone can make a contribution, even with a very small thing.
Act now and start today!

9.Be mindful and aware!
Our daily life is determined by stress and routine.
There are only few people who take the time to go through the world with open eyes.
Try to enjoy the moment again!
Free yourself for the finer things in life and don't rush through the world day in day out!
Be open-minded and experience life consciously!
10. Carefully select information!
I'm often told, I'm living under a rock.
And you know what - I feel good with it.
I don't watch TV and I don't listen to the news in the radio.
I have no desire for the constant negative reports, scandals, terrorist messages, useless advertising, gossip or meaningless small talk.
I'm not interested in it and it simply doesn't bring me any progress in my life.
And besides, I have no time for it.
I have so many interests, hobbies and a family for which I much rather invest my time.
You might say now, but you need to be a little informed.
And yes, I think you're right.
But if really something important happens, I'm sure I will meet someone who is going to inform me about it.
I read selected information of which I think they are important to me and I skip the daily information madness.
10. Enjoy being alone!
Are you someone who constantly needs to be surrounded by other people, someone who can never be alone?
In the silence with yourself, you can find the best rest.
Listen to the silence, enjoy the moment and take time for your thoughts!
The more you are in peace with yourself, the more you can enjoy time with others.
