Homemade Vegan Bear's Garlic Butter

Homemade Vegan Bear's Garlic Butter

Today is such a wonderful sunny day outside and we've recovered the first spring flowers hidden under the foliage.

It reminded us that we should use the remaining frozen wild garlic before the next season is going to start soon.

Today, we have one of the simplest recipes for you!

Homemade vegan wild garlic butter.

Or perhaps we should rather call it a spread, because whoever is accustomed to conventional butter, will note the different consistency.

For our generation, who grew up with butter, it's hard to imagine that there are also other things to put on the bread.

Meanwhile, by the increasing number of different diets, allergies and intolerances, many people are looking for alternatives.

We asked around to find out what else people prefer to use instead of butter and answers ranged from margarine, natural yoghurt, plain coconut oil over cheese, cream cheese, horseradish to pesto, mustard and tomato paste.

Anyone who wants to make a very simple spread; should give this bear's garlic butter a try.
