Therefore, I love raw food - it is healthy, tasty and quickly served.

This is the perfect dish for connoisseurs.

Pure summer joy on the plate.

The best way to prepare this dish is to use a spiralizer to transform the zucchini into spaghetti-like noodles.

Zucchini can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week; so you always have some at hand when you get hungry.

Due to the healthy nutrients of the zucchini, you should definetly integrate it into your diet.

They are rich in vitamin C, folic acid, potassium, calcium, and magnesium.

They contain a lot of water and are low in calories.

This light dish is also great for the waistline.

When preparing, you can let your imagination run free.

I like it raw and with peel, but you can also peel it and warm it up. Peeled they look like real pasta.

Garnished with cherry tomatoes, fiery salsa or mango sauce, homemade pesto, avocado slices or just pure - it's definitely a treat.

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • spices (sea salt, pepper, garlic powder - or a little piece of freshly crushed garlic)
  • oil

  • for the mango sauce

  • 1 mango
  • 1 small onion
  • sea ​​salt
  • a small pinch of chili powder

  • for the salsa sauce

  • 2 red tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Pepper
  • sea salt


  1. Cut both zucchini into long noodles with a spiralizer.
  2. Mix the noodles with the oil and spices.
  3. Put all the ingredients for the sauce of your choice in a blender and puree.
  4. Arrange noodles on the plate and top with the sauce.
