Cashews are so delicious, but roasted with a few spices in the oven, they taste fantastic.

Spicy cashew nuts

Spicy cashew nuts

Ingredients:

  • 250g cashew nuts
  • 1tbsp coconut oil or oil of your choice
  • spices of choice (sea salt, pepper, rosemary, chili, cinnamon, curry, coriander, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Add the cashew nuts with the spices into a pot or bowl with lid and shake everything.
  2. Roast them in the oven at 170 degrees for about 5-10 minutes until they are light brown.

Notes:

The cashews taste delicious with many spices. The combinations are limitless. You can also try other nuts such as walnuts or hazelnuts, or a combination of several.
