Homemade Vegan Chocolate

Homemade Vegan Chocolate

Who does not like chocolate?

We promise you - this chocolate you'll surely love!

Even without milk and refined sugar, you can whip up the perfect chocolate.

We made this chocolate many times already; so we would like to share our recipe with you today.

This is chocolatey perfection.

We didn't buy chocolate in the supermarket for many years already.
For us, it is just too sweet and contains ingredients that we do not like to eat.

Anyone who has ever made chocolate himself; will notice that the taste is much better and more intense.

You can create a divine chocolate with healthy ingredients such as cocoa butter, cashew butter and nuts in no time at all.

The good thing about this chocolate is, you will simply enjoy it a lot more and don't wolf it down like the conventional ones.

We now hope you can serve your sweet cravings with our delicious recipe.

Have you ever made your own chocolate?
We love to hear from you!

Have a wonderful week!

  • for a 8x8 pan
  • 80g cocoa butter
  • 80g cashew butter (unsalted)
  • 30g dark cocoa
  • 30g maple syrup
  • a tiny pinch of sea salt
  • choice of nuts, raisins, pistachios, goji berries etc. (if using nuts, please soak them overnight)

  1. Melt the cocoa butter in a pan, then take the pan off the heat.
  2. Add all other ingredients and stir well.
  3. Line a tray with baking paper and pour in the liquid chocolate.
  4. Put it in the refrigerator until it gets hard and cut it into pieces. (Please store the chocolate in the fridge)

The chocolate can be made with many different ingredients. We love it for example with nuts and raisins. Those who prefer white chocolate, simply skip the cocoa.
