3-Minute Tomato Soup and more Raw Food Inspirations

3-Minute Tomato Soup and more Raw Food Inspirations

Tomatoes are one of the most popular summer vegetable varieties.

In case you also have a rich harvest of these red juicy fruits, we suggest you to try our super fast soup recipe which comes just in time for the tomato season - straight from our kitchen.

We simply love it and the preparation takes only a maximum of three minutes.
I mean, not only that it tastes good but it also doesn't need any effort or requires too much time.

As a child, I did not like tomatoes, now I love them and enjoy them everyday.

The plants in our garden bear small red cherry tomatoes, which are wonderful for snacking.
Every time I walk through the garden, I pick a few and eat them right away.
It looks as if we should grow more of it next season 😀.

Tomatoes have a high proportion of vitamins, especially vitamin C, vitamin B1 and B2, and secondary plant compounds such as lycopene.
They are also rich in potassium, magnesium and iron.
They do not only look beautiful, but are also very healthy.

For me, food is love, joy, culinary pleasure and creativity.
Each day, I thank Mother Earth for all the treasures that are offered to us.

This year we extended our property by several garden beds to harvest more homegrown fruits and vegetables.
Own cultivation gives you a stronger relationship to nature and even the smallest success of harvest can make you totally happy.
Our freshly picked fruits and veggies did not receive any chemical treatment in our garden, they still have all their vitamins and on top, they also receive a daily dose of love.

The abundance of delicious summer fruits and vegetables made me want to try eating only raw food for 4 weeks.
To keep the food in their pure natural raw form, I did not cook, steam or boil it, but I used my creativity to make it look nice.

Here is a video with pictures to inspire you and to show you how delicious uncooked food can be.

I realized that including a lot of raw food in my daily diet, gives me even more energy and power.

And on top, I love everything that promotes my creativity.

Now, let's quickly rush into the kitchen, pour all the ingredients for the soup into your blender and enjoy!

Bon Appetit!

Have some great late summer days!

Love Jana

  • Preparation time: 0:03:00
  • Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 5 ripe big red tomatoes
  • 7 dried tomatoes
  • 1 half peeled onion
  • 1 peeled clove of garlic
  • 4 dates
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • a very small pinch of chilli or cayenne pepper for spiciness

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients into your blender and mix.
I always let the mixer run a bit longer, so the soup gets a little warm.
Fill the soup into two bowls and decorate.

Notes:

I still had fresh peas in the garden, which I gave right on top.
Of course, you can also use sunflower seeds, sprouts or other greens for decoration.
