Christmas Balls - The Healthy No Bake Power Snack

Christmas Balls - The Healthy No Bake Power Snack

I'm sitting by the cracking fire with a steaming cup of hot green tea and a box of our homemade little christmas balls.

What a nice way to enjoy the fourth of Advent and to brighten up this wet and grey weather outside.

I thought to open up my computer and share this awesome recipe with you.

Many of you have asked me lately about it, so I hope I can still provide you a few happy and delicious X-mas moments with it.

The fourth of advent is already over, the year is coming to an end and sometimes I cannot even realize how quickly time passes.

Do you also feel this way?

Or is it just me?

Nevertheless, this year we enjoyed our pre-Christmas time with more peace than usual and also treated our sweet tooth with divine delicacies so far.

I am not much a fan of normal christmas cookies with way too much sugar, wheat flour and classic sweet decoration.

Rather, I like the more fancy things which are way more fun and done with almost no effort.

Like our little Christmas balls - they really are a piece of heaven for me.

Refined with Christmas spices such as cinnamon, gingerbread spice and cardamom, they definitely replace the classic cookie bakery, don't you think so too?

You do not necessarily have to stick exactly to the ingredients here, but you can let your creativity run free and take advantage of other available ingredients from your kitchen.

By the way, the Christmas balls are also a great homemade gift idea from your own kitchen.
And since they are so incredibly fast to prepare, you can still make them until Christmas.

Stored in a beautiful tin or a candy-glass, they really are an eye-catcher, right?

Here comes a little hint: It would be best to keep them in the fridge.
There, they remain their bite-firm consistency and are also well preserved (in case they will last this long :))

So let's start rolling!

We say goodbye for this year now and will be back for you again in the new year.

We wish you a peaceful and enjoyable Christmas, lots of happy moments, peace, fun time and contentment.

All the best!

You can, of course, experiment with the ingredients. You could for instance replace the cashews with other nuts, the tahin with cashew butter or sunflower butter, the goji berries with other dried fruits - depending on your wishes, ingredients and creativity.
